ConTact C.A.R.E Equine keeps all personal information given in a safe and secure manner, and will not share any personal details with third parties.
ConTact C.A.R.E Equine is not responsible and/or liable for any accident and/or incident that may happen to course attendees or horses at a venue and/or on a course.
ConTact C.A.R.E Equine will not be held accountable for interest level, expectation and/or learning ability of individuals. ConTact C.A.R.E Equine believes that comfort rules, all care and kindness is given to ensure a fullfilling course experience.
ConTact C.A.R.E Equine reserves the right to cancel any advertised course within one week of the course dates due to personal reasons and/or viability, all registered attendees will be notified via email. In the event of unforseen circumstances such as; sickness or travel delays of a course instructor, ConTact C.A.R.E Equine will endeavour to find a replacement instructor or offer a partial to full refund of course costs dependant and in line with circumstances.
ConTact C.A.R.E Equine does everything it reasonably can to ensure sheltered venues and good weather for courses. It is accepted by the course attendee that weather is unpredictable and the course will still be held rain or shine.
The deposit amount is non-refundable, this secures a place on the course and is transferrable to another course if cancellation happens within 3 weeks of course date. After this cancellations incur 30% of the course fee on top of the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to the course date incur 100% of the course cost. In special circumstances this may be credited towards a future course.
Course attendees are aware that any photos and/or video taken at the course may be used for promotional purposes by Equine ConTact C.A.R.E Ltd.
